Speech therapist by trade, currently serving as a contract speech-language pathologist with the Kannapolis City School District serving students with speech articulation and language deficits. She works closely with Autistic, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, among other disorders students to meet their communication needs. She also practices with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and hospitals across the Charlotte and surrounding counties serving the geriatric population in the areas of stroke, dementia, traumatic brain injuries and dysphagia.
Ashley Jones Rozier is a 90’s baby born and raised in Wilmington, DE and at 11 years old her parents decided on a change of scenery and to move to Orangeburg, SC.
She currently holds membership with American Speech- Language-Hearing Association, the governing organization of speech language and audiologists whose purpose is to make effective communication, a human right and accessible and achievable for all. She received her Bachelor's of Arts with a concentration of mass communications from the University of South Carolina and a Master's of Arts with a concentration of speech-language and audiology from South Carolina State University.
Asia Wheeler is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in both skilled nursing facilities and pediatric home health. She currently serves the Charlotte, North Carolina community, focusing on speech and language therapy for children and adults.

Kristal is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, with experience working with pediatric patients, particularly in receptive/expressive language, autism spectrum disorder, and augmentative and alternative communication.
Born and raised in Clinton, North Carolina, Kristal has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing ABA therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum, which shaped her commitment to speech therapy.
Kristal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. She is ASHA and North Carolina certified, with plans to pursue a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
